How to get A Nice Body.

Hello my sexy people:)
So I know many of us have trouble with this issue and this is how to get a fit and toned body that will not only boost our confidence but make the guys bow down to us haha. :) Here is what I do to get a slim and tone body and there is also tips near the end of the blog.

Body Peace.
First off recognise what type of body type you are and UNDERSTAND that you cannot change the shape of your body! What I mean by this is a stick skinny girl can't force her body into changing into an hourglass shape or vice versa. Respect and love your body for what it is! Being influenced by a lot of my favorite Japanese models I always wanted to be stick skinny even though I have a natural athletic body. Now I finally begun to understand and realize that I cannot change my body so I have to love what I have! You need to do the same!

Start NOW!
Don't say oh Ill start on Tuesday or next week blahblahblahblah. NO start today right here right now no excuses! If you already messed up the day by eating something unhealthy then start tomorrow I guess but other than that excuse START NOW!

Get rid of all that JUNK!

Get rid of any fattening fried food, junk food, microwavable food, all that OUT OF YOUR HOUSE.  You can't eat what you don't have right? If you feel like " gosh I want some chips..." well guess what you don't have any, therefore it's sparing yourself from messing up.

Watch what you eat.

Don't DIET. Diets are a temporary thing to lose weight for a short period of time like for a wedding or party but as soon as you go back to the way you normally eat the weight will all come back maybe even more then you ad before! Change the way you eat! Don't starve yourself but just pay attention to what your putting inside your mouth

A lot of you guys are expecting to lose weight or tone up by eating junk food and fast food.

You need to include fruits and veggies in your diet! Not only is it good for your body it's good for your skin, hair, nails all of that.

Junk food doesn't benefit you at all so why are you eating it? It's okay to eat some chocolate or your favorite food SPARINGLY. Like maybe once every two weeks, one week if you can't handle it. And don't pig out on your treat either. For example I'll just eat one bite size candy bar or thin slice of cake. Don't go overboard!

Cut back on meat.
America somehow portray that meat has to be in every single meal of the day. Cut back on it but don't eliminate it from your diet unless your a vegetarian. If I want some protein I'll take a thin slice of honey smoked ham that you can buy at the grocery store and put it on a slice of bread. Or maybe a piece of chicken with some salad or rice.

Limit your dairy product
This may be a hard thing to do for a lot of you but dairy foods are super fattening and just because it's Fat free just means there is an increase in sodium and sugar, both which can cause weight gain if not use in moderation. Buy soy milk in exchange has the same or even more health benefits then regular milk. There is even rice milk available but I've never tried it before so you guys can go check that out.

Cravings don't last long. Don't give in to it!

All of us had that craving for something and will kill anything to get to it but guess what cravings only last up to maybe a minimum of 5 minutes and then it dies down. If you give in all your gonna feel is guilt.
I have tips on the bottom of the blogs that show how I avoid giving in to cravings.

Water Water Water

You hear it all the time but yet we still don't Listen! Water is something that keeps us hydrated and also keeps us from eating more then  we need. Drink plenty of it! It aids in weight loss and sometimes when we think we are hungry in reality we are actually THIRSTY. If you don't like the taste of water then buy green tea or zero calorie water flavor...thing haha idk what it's called.

This website help track what you eat and can help you with your goals on losing weight if your interested check it out:) I highly recommend it. > http://www.myfitnesspal.com/

Exercise
You can't expect you get a nicely tones body if your just sitting on a couch watching t.v. Google YouTube they have a bunch of exercise for you to do that can help shape you up. You could also go to a near by gym or even play your favorite sport! Walking is also acceptable to! Just get up and do something. DO this at least 3 times a week  or more for 30 minutes. And by the way nice toned legs are way more attractive then boney legs so Don't worry about it being thick. I have it too but I still feel sexy,

My tips

If you are hungry for a snack drink a glass of water.

Drink a glass a water with every meal.

Have 3 meals each being about 400-500 calories

Get busy! If your busy you have less chance of being hungry then if your watching t.v doing nothing and just eating because your bored.

Dried fruits are a great and healthy snack! I like raisins and dried mango:)

Do a little exercise that last about 5 minutes before you eat. This will encourage your food to turn into energy not fat.

Stretch when you wake up and before you go to sleep.

Feeling stress? go for a walk. Exercise is proven to help reduce stress level.

Don't eat TOO MUCH carbs. Eating carbs aren't that big of a deal if eaten in the beginning of the day and in moderation. I usually eat my carbs at breakfast or lunch never dinner. Carbs are high in energy so If you eat it at dinner and your just gonna go to sleep afterwards all that energy will be transferred into fat.

Muscle weigh more then fat so don't be shocked if the number on the scale goes up:)

Speaking of scale don't look at at the numbers don't matter ( unless your losing fat weight)

What I eat in a day.

Breakfast: 1 banana or yogurt. May or may not be paired with a piece of ham on top of toast.

Lunch: Stir fried cabbage and onion with shoyu. Soy milk. Onigiri.

Dinner: Strawberries or some other fruits paired with water ( I call this my detoxification meal)

If you have any questions please ask me
I might have lest a few details out cause my hands are getting sore lol
